Understanding Pricing Tiers
Good Plan offers flexible pricing based on how many active payment plans you need.
What is an "Active Plan"?
An active plan is any payment plan that is currently in progress - not yet completed or cancelled. Once a plan is fully paid and marked complete, it no longer counts toward your active plan limit.

Starter - $29/month
- Up to 5 active payment plans
- All features included
- Email support
- Perfect for: Very small businesses or testing the waters
Growth - $79/month
- Up to 25 active payment plans
- All features included
- Priority email support
- Perfect for: Growing businesses with regular receivables
Scale - $199/month
- Up to 100 active payment plans
- All features included
- Priority support + phone support
- Perfect for: Larger operations managing many payment plans
All Tiers Include
- Unlimited completed plans (no counting old plans)
- Automated check-ins and reminders
- Customer portal access
- Extensions and counter-proposals
- Full dashboard and tracking
- Plan history and documentation
Choosing the Right Tier
Consider:
- How many overdue invoices do you typically have?
- How long does it take customers to complete payment plans?
- Are you seasonal (need more in busy months)?
Can I Change Tiers?
Yes! You can:
- Upgrade anytime: Takes effect immediately
- Downgrade: Takes effect at next billing cycle
If you need to temporarily scale up for a busy season, upgrade for a month or two then downgrade.
What If I Exceed My Limit?
If you hit your active plan limit:
- Existing plans continue normally
- You can't create new plans until:
- Some plans complete
- Or you upgrade to the next tier
We'll email you before you hit your limit so you can plan accordingly.
