Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription controls your access to Good Plan. Here's how to manage it.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Click your name (top right)
  3. Select Subscription

You'll see:

  • Current tier
  • Active plans used / limit
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new tier
  4. Confirm

Billing: You're charged the prorated difference immediately. Your billing date doesn't change.

Effect: Your new limit applies instantly.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower tier
  4. Confirm

Important: If you have more active plans than the lower tier allows, you'll need to:

  • Wait for some plans to complete
  • Or keep your current tier until enough plans finish

Billing: Takes effect at your next billing date. You're not charged for downgrade.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save

Your old card is removed and new one is charged going forward.

Viewing Billing History

All your invoices are available in SubscriptionBilling History

Each invoice shows:

  • Date
  • Amount
  • Plan tier
  • Payment method
  • PDF download option

Cancelling Your Subscription

We hope you won't need to, but if you must:

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why (helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens:

  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • Active plans become view-only
  • No more charges
  • Your data is preserved for 90 days

Reactivating After Cancellation

You can reactivate anytime within 90 days:

  • All your plans and data return
  • Pick up right where you left off
  • No penalties or fees
