  • XXXX = 4-character confirmation code (uppercase)
  • Type = Inquiry type (Pre-Sales, Support, Billing, Feedback, Other)
  • Subject = Customer's subject line

What It Contains

  • Color-coded inquiry type badge

  • Sender information (name, email)
  • Full message content
  • Metadata (IP, user agent, submission ID)
  • Reply-To header set to customer's email
